'The Food Diaries' - new Blog added to the Library

We have a new blog all about food!

In this day and age it is so confusing to know what to eat, we seem to have been brainwashed - ‘Eat this, don’t eat that’!

I feel it’s time to re-think how we eat and return to simpler more traditional ways, home cooked, whole foods and so we decided to see where his takes us!
