The aims of ‘Carry Forth Tradition’ by Becky

Hello from Becky, creator of Carry Forth Tradition.

I’m voluntarily creating this website as a free resource which will help promote and link those either interested in, or those already working with traditional methods. I hope to encourage you to share your skills, experiences and traditional ways of life to inspire others.

Please help me to connect with traditional craftsmen and women, artists, potters, woodcarvers, musicians, those living off their land, equestrians, weavers, home growers and others living traditional, wholesome lives.  Think of days gone by when people had no other choice but to be makers and menders. It is the skills of such times and the people practicing them which I’d like to gather together. This way I can play a small part in ensuring these precious, ancient crafts and practices are continued to be enjoyed, learnt, available to all and carried into the future.
