Home-grown oca - aka New Zealand Yam

I bought 3 oca and they multiplied! With careful management, I will grow them forever!

They are very easy to grow, low maintenance, very hardy, don't have many pests and are delicious roasted!

Even better - they are totally weird and fuscia pink.
