Back to the 1940's at Eden Camp, Malton, North Yorkshire

My friend Najiba and I went to an event at Eden Camp near Malton, North Yorkshire on Sunday October 13th.

It was to visit and participate in "a brand new event celebrating everything from the 1940's set in the grounds of an original POW camp" - "step back in time and immerse yourself in the vibrant spirit of the 1940's'."

We met some wonderful people joining in with this spirit of tradition, helping to keep the memories and stories from those who lived through and survived those incredibly difficult times alive.
