Yukari makes sushi

 Yukari treats Becky and Neil to some home- made sushi - while she is staying with them.

Yukari learnt the technique from Macrobiotic School in Tokyo (Lima cooking school when Lima Osawa was over 90 year-old!). There is a secret art to make a roll, such as not to spread rice to the edge of Nori. It has been adopted for readily available ingredients in the most household. Becky had everything Yukari needed without any pre-arrangement!  Using all traditional ingredients, and egg-tolerant vegetarian friendly.  My daughter’s friends used to be excited to make them when they were young.

NB:  Eggs were supposed to be cooked thinly over a flying pan and slice them thinly to be a strip like other ingredients here...wrong oil was used and it stuck on the pan, turned to be scrambled eggs...never mind.
